The face of an abused one

Would you like to be the face of Bitcoin? What if you didn’t even know you already are?
It’s not the first time that the abuse of a celebrity’s name and face occurs in various TV commercials. We all have seen those absurd advertisements with famous people who don’t even suspect they are in there. This time it has happened to the 48-year-old Danish TV and radio host Mads Steffensen.
The advertisements state, among other things, that he has made a decision to quit his career as a television host to trade Bitcoins. Like anyone in their right mind would do that now! Crypto is not even riding the hype wave as it used to a couple of years ago.
Unfortunately for those gossip columns, Mads has quickly denied the news. Thank God for social media that is faster and more reliable than any tabloids. On his Instagram profile, the host has shared a picture to warn about false advertisements and calls for healthy skepticism for those who see those in their feed. Good for him! Can’t wait for the next ridiculous fake news. The Internet would be boring as shit without them, don’t you think?
