Moscow has been one of the gaming capitals for a long time. Over the past four years, this city hosted the largest Dota 2 and CS: GO events. EPICENTER tournaments are watched by tens of millions of people around the world. Now it is one of the Dota majors. Hundreds of thousands of dollars and treasured points are being contested between rivals in these events, which opens the doors for participation in The International 2020.

Date and Place

The EPICENTER Dota 2 Major tournament will last eight days from May 2 to 10, 2020. The first stages will be held closed in the studio, and the playoff finals (May 8-10) at the CSKA Arena.

Why is it Worth to See?

The organizers of the tournament are Epic Esports Events. The company specializes in organizing international competitions. Its achievements have been repeatedly awarded the prestigious EUBEA, Eventex, MarSpo, BISPO and Sport Leaders Awards. There is no doubt that everything will be at the highest level. In addition, such events are an agreed meeting place for all fans of Dota 2. This is an event that is worth not only seeing but also visiting.

The organizers report that 16 groups from six regions will perform at EPICENTER Dota 2 Major. Qualifiers are scheduled for February. The dates of open qualifications will be announced later. Closed qualifications will be held in late March-early April.

EPICENTER Dota Major 2020 Schedule:

• May 2-3 ‒ group stage. It will be held according to the rules of the major series tournaments. Teams will be divided into the upper and lower bracket of the playoff stage.
