A brief story of Kevin Spacey’s scandal.
In December 2018, Kevin was accused of sexual harassment of the 18-year-old dude, the son of journalist Heather Unruh, who allegedly took place on July 2016. Spacey claimed he was innocent.
The son of the journalist told police that he was texting his girlfriend using his phone, about an incident, when Spacey allegedly grabbed him by the dick.
For many months, Spacey’s lawyers tried to see this phone. Unsuccessfully.
In May 2019, prosecution reported that this phone had been “lost”.
In June 2019, Spacey’s lawyers finally found out that when in 2017 the journalist gave the phone to the police, she allegedly ALREADY removed SMS messages from him.
For a year and a half, the police and the journalist preferred to keep quiet about it, so
“maybe, suddenly, somehow everything will sort out their way, and the disgusting pedophile Spacey will be castrated or even better – quartered because it is obvious that he is guilty of anything.” Fucking assholes.
At the same time, June 2019, the journalist’s son sued Spacey, demanding compensation for moral damage. In July, he voluntarily dropped charges with prejudice – that is, without the right to re-submit a claim. In simple words, this most likely means that it was crap and not a lawsuit, and it is better to pick it up yourself so as not to go to jail for perjury.
On July 17th, 2019, charges against Spacey were dropped.
