Dwayne Johnson was often confused with a girl in his childhood
Dwayne Johnson, a 49-year old former pro wrestler, admits that he used to be confused with a girl when he was a child. People were often misled by his appearance, when he was between 7 and 11, as he had really soft girlish features and soft Afro hair.
The star’s dad was a pro wrestler with Canadian origins, and his mom is the adopted daughter of a pro wrestler Peter Maivia. With his parents, Dwayne moved to different places so many times that he changed thirteen schools. He remembers an incident from his school years. It was his first day in his new school in the fifth grade. Dwayne got on a school bus, and a boy sitting next to his was wondering whether he was a boy or a girl.
In April a poll of more than 30,000 Americans was conducted, and it showed that around 46% of people would like to see Dwayne Johnson as their president.
In response, Johnson tweeted that he doubts if the Founding Fathers ever imagined a tattooed, bald, half-Black, half-Samoan president who drives a pick-up truck and drinks tequila. But he admitted that if it happened, he would be happy to serve people.
During recent years Dwayne Johnson was asked a few times in media whether he wanted to become the president. He replied that he was considering this possibility but first he wanted to gain some experience and understand the policy. He mentioned the 2024 or 2028 elections as possible to be a candidate there.
