The more emoji the frequent the sex

People who send emoji more often than others also have a more active intimate life. Psychologists from the American Kinsey University discovered that people who use emoji more often than others also lead a more active sex life. This is stated in a study published by Plos One.

Scientists conducted and analyzed data from an online survey of 5,000 participants. The sample reflected the demographics of the US adult population: ages 18 to 94, of which 87% were heterosexuals and 62% were Caucasians. It turned out that 38% of respondents do not use emoji at all, 29% use emoticons occasionally and about 29% use them regularly. Only 3% of respondents use emoji on almost every message, and 2.5% add several emoticons to the message. Respondents give different explanations for this attitude to emoji: giving expressiveness to one’s words, greater ease of conveying emotions, or because “it’s hype”.

now I’ll be using emoji all the time

Psychologists were able to find that the use of emoji positively correlates with the frequency of active sex life. With the intention to clarify these results, scientists conducted another survey, in which 275 people took part. In this sample, the frequency of use of emoji was much higher. Higher was the frequency of sex as well.

The scientists do not specify which exactly smiles the respondents used. They only notice that it is easier for such people to form personal relationships with others. The consequence of this can be both the frequent use of emoji and high success in relations with the opposite sex.
