The World Famous Vegan Blogger Started Eating Meat And Reported On Health Improvement

Vegan blogger Alyse Parker decided to conduct an experiment and ate only meat and animal products for a month. The girl made a diary about a “predatory diet,” which she published on her YouTube channel.

The girl cooked steaks every day, and also ate salmon, bacon, and eggs, which she did not eat before. She had been a vegan for five years.

Alyse explained that many of her vegan friends had already switched to such a diet and noted an improvement in their health condition.

She wrote a post on Instagram, in which she admitted that she had to step on pride in order to decide on this.

According to her, after the experiment, there was more energy, mental, and overall health.

Her vegan followers wrote an angry comments and accused her of a bad influence on other vegans. This “failure” of a long-term diet they called “toxic.” One of them wrote that the girl became a complete predator after a rigid diet, – insanity.
