After a fight against Otto Wallin over the weekend, the British heavyweight champion Tyson Fury had more than 40 stitches on his dissected eyebrow. At the same time, Fury (29-0-1, 20 KOs) believes that he will manage to heal the injury by the date of the rematch against the world champion according to WBC Deontay Wilder.

“This is boxing. Would you like to go swimming, but not get wet? This is a fight,” as stated by Tyson.

On September 14, Fury won an extremely difficult victory over the little-known Swede Wallin (20-1, 13 KOs). Before the fight, bookmakers and reviewers believed that it would be almost an “easy win” for Tyson. The Briton won by unanimous decision, having spent almost the entire battle with a dangerous cut over his right eye.

He will conduct the next fight, presumably, on February 22nd, 2020, against Wilder (41-0-1, 40 KOs). In December 2018, their match ended in a draw by a separate decision of the judges.
